Goodbye 2012, Hello 2013!

Another year has come and gone. Have you stuck to your resolutions from 2012? I know I broke a few of mine.

I've surpassed my goal of learning the secrets to life. I've become a happier, healthier me over 2012, and I'm sure to continue with my weight-loss goal for 2013. It's nothing drastic, or major. A few extra pounds isn't so bad, now is it? I know, I'm not barbie doll pretty, nor am I super model thin. But thats not my goal. I just want to be healthier. So I can be here a little longer for my children.

You have to take what life throws at you, and make the best of it. We're not here forever!! Over the last year, I've loved, lost, missed, cried, yelled, screamed, and wanted to break down. I've come to realize who I can count on, and who I can't. Who's always there, and who never was. My family and friends have been a huge support through out this rollercoaster year. For that, I thank each and every single one of them!! 2013 is going to be a wonderful year!! Especially if everything will finally go smoothe. We Will see!!!

Last year I made a promise to myself to save where I can, Spend a whole lot less, and keep my shit together so I know regardless, I can and will make it through another month. You can't get anything unless you work for it. I managed to coupon more, spend more time with my babies, and say yes whenever I could, to help a friend when they needed. I've learned that money really isn't everything, and its more important to love what you do, rather than do what you hate just to earn a paycheque. 2013, is my year to make happiness happen! I'm not looking for love, I've got all the love I need.

I still can't comprehend half of what happened last year. Or why it happened. I just know, it won't happen again. A new me, with a bunch of the old me's charm and wit, is in store for 2013! I've decided to take it for what it is. If you don't put fourth the effort, please don't expect me to. I'm no longer chasing people who clearly have better things to do. Just one more sleep until its back to school! I cannot wait !!!!!!!

Anyways, a friend of mine from Save-a-Loonie shared this idea of saving a little here and there for 52 weeks. You can always change it up, and save the bigger amounts first, so that come December, you're only putting a few dollars into the savings.
