SC Johnson - RE: Glade

I had emailed SC Johnson about their Glade Plug Ins, to see if they were anything like the Febreze ones, as those are the ones I use all over my house. I was pleasently suprised when I got an email back from them saying they would send me a complimentary voucher for their product.

Yesterday's mail had an $11.00 Glade coupon inside. I know theres some good deals to be had on the single plug ins and the refills, But this week is booked for me. (Today's my birthday!!) and I have two sick little girls. We'll see if I can take a few hours break from them this Friday and hit up Walmart's black friday 3 day sale. I want that Camera, and the H2O mop!

Parent's Choice Bottle Liners - Review - 11-21-2011

I have now had it with Parent's Choice Liners. I have had 6 bottle liners now, from the same box, Have huge holes in the side of them. Normally, since their pre-sterilized, I don't pre-wash them. Today was the LAST time I will use these liners.

Most of my followers know that my daughters are not able to drink regular milk and have to drink Soy. The So Good runs me about $3.77 - $4.99 each 1.89L. It gets costly. Now one Carton usually does about 12 Bottles/ Sippy Cups. However, With the last 6 bottles being half wasted, I'm going through it quick. My verge to save money versus brands is no longer in effect with PC. I'm done, done done!. Playtex, You have now won me back to your side. Luckily for me, I have some Playtex coupons, and I also plan to take Jordyn off the bottle in the next few weeks. So Good bye Parents Choice. For Everything. Diapers were junk, now the liners are aswell.

Nov 19th - Shoppers Drug Mart - Old Spice Deo Deal!

Flipping through my flyers today, I see Old Spice Deodorant is on 2/$5.00. Using the P&G $3.00 when you buy 2 coupon, thats a STEAL! $1.00 each or 2/$2.00 ! STOCK UP !!!!! I know Chris doesn't need anymore , but he said to go for it and grab more haha. He likes to have lots of Deodorant!

Shoppers Drug Mart - 20x Points Event - November 19th 2011

Yes!! Another 20x Points Event!! So excited! Shoppers has a price "Freeze" on Huggies & Pampers Diapers/Training Pants for $9.99 a pack! What a wonderful deal!! Esp. with the $3.00 Pampers Cruisers coupons! I will be stocking up on Diapers/ Easy Ups. Kool Aid Jammers are on sale (BC Flyer, roughly same price here in ON), for about $2... So I'll be grabbing a few of them aswell. And of course, Stock up on Coke & Pepsi for Xmas!! 2/$6.99. Pretty good deal (in BC) , esp. since last week's flyer had them 2/$9.99. REDICULOUS!!! Anyways, Prepare your lists! Gather your coupons! And Get ready to roll the points in!! Especially with the MEGA BONUS Redemption happening Dec 4th!

Mail Day - November 14th 2011

So, I was pretty impressed with the speedy delivery from J&J Canada. I emailed them asking for the new parents pack (allowed once a year, per address),  I sent them the email on November 10th 2011. Today, November 14th 2011, I had an envelope in my mailbox. Containing 1 Coupon for a FREE Product, 3 $1.00 coupons for J&J baby Products, and 2 $3.00 Aveeno coupons. Talk about FAST!

I also had 2 more envelopes in my mailbox. I had recently traded 4 stamps (regular postal stamps, .67 each), for some Diaper coupons, and So Good coupons. I was pleasently suprised to find these already in my mailbox, as Myself & the traders (from Smart Canucks) just finalized the trade details last week. Speedy Speedy Canada Post!! Love It!

My Dad brought over another Kelloggs Gas card for me to activate. I now have 7 $5 gas cards, and I'm giving him 2 of them for his lawn mower gas, though I guess now that its November, he won't need them til the spring. Oh well. :) Free is Free! He also brought me his Shoppers Voice coupons for doing the survey. He didn't want any of them since he doesn't use the products they sent coupons for. I won't use them either, but I can post them up for trade on Smart Canucks and get some coupons I will use :) The benefits of Dad living across the street! So if you filled out the Shoppers Voice survey, keep an eye on your mailbox for an envelope full of coupons!!

Sobeys Trip #2 - November 12th 2011

So Off I went for another round of Sobeys. Bonus Points are my best friend! LOL

I picked up the following:

2x 2L Coke - 2.29each - 2x FPC's = FREE

----I bought 4 of the 2L's, so I got 750 Bonus Points:)
8x Kraft Dinner - 1.35 each - buy2 get 250 bonus points ( 1000 bonus points for 8 boxes)
1x 6pk Mini Pepsi - 2.99 (150 bonus points)
4L 2% Milk - 4.99
2x Pilsbury Pizza Pops - Buy 1 Get 1 Free - 3.99 for 2


Anyways, I spent about $40.00, and Now I only need roughly 3700 points to have $150.00 ! :)

Can't Wait to go back Thursday for 8 more boxes of Kraft Dinner, and I'm waiting for 2 more Coke  Coupons, which should be here Wednesday or Thursday, so I shall be going back for more pop and KD! :)

Finish Powerball Tabs. - Review.

So as many of you know, we just moved about two weeks ago, and on our trip to Walmart for supplies, We needed Dishwasher tabs. When we lived in our old house, we used Cascade because it was left for us to use, so we kept using it. This house, however, We were recommended to use Finish Powerball. So we bought a HUGE box (I like to stock up on things!), and I could not be more dissappointed! After seeing all the commericals for this product, and hearing all these people on the commercials talking about how amazingly clean their dishes came out after using these tabs. Everytime I washed the dishes, I would find this white powder on them. I'd have to wash them two-three times, or hand wash them. Which is silly if I have a dishwasher, I want to use it!

So anyways, I went back into walmart and picked up a tub of Cascade Action Packs, on sale for $11.97, - $1.50 coupon. And I am loving it! I cannot express how in love with Cascade I am! I will NEVER switch back to Finish. What a BS commercial they made! I'm Actually looking forward to supper dishes tonight! Haha. So Here is my Recommendation : CASCADE over FINISH. Seriously. It's such a HUGE difference in cleaner dishes! Love It!

I just popped an Email off to Finish, to let them know how I feel about their product. I'm now going to send one off to Cascade and express my love for them! Hope everyones having a happy weekend!!! :)

Sobeys Trip #1 - November 10 2011

Went to Sobeys to catch up on some of the point/sale items from last week. Last day for it! (Until Today-friday- when I plan to go tonight for this week's points/sale items)

I did a quick walk-thru of the store, to find new coupons, and un-advertised point bonus's.

I was out of Waffles, so I knew for $2.49 each, I'd pick some up. I had 4 x .75 coupons. Which made my Waffles $1.74 a box. Which is a pretty good price for Eggo's.
I picked up 2 boxes of the holiday rice krispies squares, the kids just love them! 2/$5.00
NoName Cream Cheese was on for $3.49, with 75 bonus points. We're out of it too, so in my cart it went!
Swanson TV Dinners were on for $3.79 each with 150 Bonus Points, I grabbed 2 of them.
They had jumbo kids bubble baths for $3.79, with 150 Bonus Points on them, so I got the kids a new Dora one.
Tresemme was regular $5.79, with 200 Bonus Points. Never have enough Shampoo!
Playtex Sport Tampons were $9.99 with 400 bonus points.
Tide ColdWater on Sale for 9.99, 52 loads - $1.00 coupon.
Swiffer Refills $5.49each -$1.50 coupon

My total was about $63.00 and some change...

Still Saving for Xmas Dinner! I need to have $150.00 in points by Dec 22nd. So Here's HOPING I can rack up anoth $75-$80 in points. Shouldn't be too hard, They have some good Points deals today, I'll update tonight when I return home from Sobeys!

I just have to blog this to the world. I recently dumped Bell TV for Shaw Direct. Not only is it cheaper, but Shaw said they would come between 12 - 5pm. I got a phone call at 12:30 from Shaw asking if it was okay if they came at 1:30 or whichever time I'd prefer. Way better than when I had to wait between 8am and 5pm for Bell! Not to mention, Shaw Man was here at 1:15pm, and asked if I wanted him to come back at 1:30. Lol, SO polite too!!

Anyways, I'm off here for a bit to watch Mr. Shaw Man hook up my satellite. A week without Tv has made for some interesting conversations about stupid movies we bought!

Sorry for the delay in posting. Been suuuper busy with the move & unpacking!

Went into Sobeys tonight to grab some Milk, and I found booklets for Knorr. The coupons are Buy ANY 3 Knorr products and get one FREE. Doesn't Expire until December 2012 (or 2013? I can't remember!) Anywho, thats an AWESOME deal, Esp. when half the time the Knorr Sidekicks go on sale for $1.00 or whatever it is! :) Hop on board, I got 5 of them! We go through SO many sidekicks (Paeton's new favourite).

ALSO!!! Don't Forget to rack up as MANY SDM points as possible, A little birdie on Smart Canucks told me that its a MEGA redemption days Dec 3&4th!
